Wood log debarking machine.
* High strength roller & teeth guarantee the high ratio of the peeling, up to 98%.
* Barks discharge device is adopted at the bottom of the equipment to delivery the barks out of the equipment continuously.
* The equipment also adopt SKF bearing & Siemens motor.
Wood chipper.
* Chopping wood logs into small wood chips, with dimension of 30*30*5mm.
* Model of wood chipper will be decided by the diameter of wood logs.
* Germany Technology, dismountable roller-knife is adopted.
* Adopt Siemens motor & SKF bearing.
Hammer mill.
* Crush wood chips into sawdust.
* Adopt Siemens motor & SKF bearing.
Grinding Process.
* With hammer mill, fan, cyclone & pulse filter & necessary convey equipment.
* The sawdust will be conveyed to the drying process by the cyclone & other conveying equipment.
Three Layer Drum Dryer
* High efficiency, save much more floor space. Adopt anti-fire device.
Automatic stove.
* Heat source for the dryer, adopt automatic feeding system.
* Adopt automatic feeding system, Saving labor cost.
Wood Pellet machine.
* Ring die style wood pellet mill.
* Gear driving system, which is more stable than belt driving system.
* Adopt automatic lubrication system & oil cooling system to guarantee the continuously running.
* Siemens motor & SKF bearing.
* Ring die was placed vertically and it is more easier to change the ring die, one hour is enough.
