< Feed Extruder Working principle > 

During the extruder running, powder materials are conveyed into the conditioner by the screw conveyor, and will

be sent into the extruding room after conditioning. Under the effects of extruding screw and barrel, the feed will

be extruded, cut, rubbed, heated in the cylinder and so on, its internal temperature and pressure are increasing

continuously. Then, the materials will be gradually changed in gelatinization, and finally it will be forced out from the

die hole. As the high temperature outside the die hole and the high pressure gradient, the volume of the material

will expand instantaneously and the moisture will evaporate instantaneously, finally forming the extruded feed.
