The infrared moisture meter is a non-contact continuous measuring instrument for moisture content of fiber and

shavings, which is installed before or after paving machine or belt scale in the medium density production workshop.

The infrared moisture meter can can communicate directly to serial display in digital form, and can be connected

with the automatic control device to achieve closed-loop automatic control. The instrument has the advantages

of high precision, reliable performance, convenient installation and use, etc. This instrument includes two parts:

primary instrument and secondary instrument. The primary instrument is the photoelectric conversion measuring

head, which is installed on the upper part of the measured object. The secondary instrument is the signal

processing unit, and it is the hanging digital display instrument box.

< Working principle >
On-line Infrared Moisture Meter works according to the principle that a large amount of infrared radiation is

absorbed by moisture in a particular infrared band. When infrared radiation is reflected or transmitted from

materials, the attenuation of radiation can reflect the content of moisture in the material.
