Precautions for the installation of the pressure roller of the granulator:

 1. Whether the bearings in the pressure roller shell are installed in place, whether the tightness is appropriate, 

loose will affect the granulation effect, and too tight will cause the roller to be locked.

 2. Check whether the pressure roller retaining ring and the cover are installed in place, especially to prevent 

the pressure roller cover from protruding.

 3. Check whether the oil injection hole of the eccentric shaft of the pressure roller is blocked. Prevent the

bearing from being burned due to oil injection.

 4. Check whether the wear of the journal position at the rear end of the eccentric shaft of the pressure roller 

and the oil hole of the pressure roller of the main shaft exceeds the technical requirements of the mechanical 

device.

 5. Check the contact gap between the pressure roller and the ring die, and ensure that the contact between 

the pressure roller and the ring die is consistent.
