Biomass Line

1.Debarking Process

Yongli Debarker is applicable to peel log wood with diameter 10 to 600mm. The peeled rate is more than 95 percent.

2.Chipping Process

Since the raw materials are wood logs, branches, board etc, it to use wood chipper to produce it into smaller pieces.
3.GrindingProcess
Ourhammermillisusedtofurthercrushthesmallpiecesintoparticlesoflessthan1-3mm

4.Drying Process

We have to use drum dryer to dry the sawdust. 

The sawdust moisture before drying is normally: 30-60%, after drying is normally:13-15%

5.Pelleting Process

Pellet machine to make pellets into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc, which can be produced based on client's request.

6.Cooling Process

After pellet mill, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees. 

For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and moisture content. 

7.Packing Process

Packing process is to protect of the pellets becoming getting damp, and it is useful for transport and market sales.
